Title I is a state wide federal program that provides funds for schools to offer supplemental instruction in the areas of Language Arts/Reading, Math, Science and/or Social Studies.

These funds are meant to be used to supplement core instruction in the identified areas of academic need of each school as stipulated in the School Improvement Plan (SIP). Additionally, a portion of the funds allocated every fiscal year must be used for parent and family engagement activities.
